Longstreet Clinic Neurosurgery

It is always a very pleasant appointment with all the staff, front and back, and especially Dr. Waits. He is so aware of his patients pain and anxiety regarding surgery. He was able to calm my wife’s fears and she now looks forward to what he will be able to accomplish. He is a very special individual and surgeon with outstanding bedside manner.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, good listener, and kind. This meant a lot to my 86 year old mother in law, Betty Ann Partin. She was happy when we left the Clinic.

My follow up appointment after MRIs was cancelled while I was standing at reception. I had a phone call after MRIs and discussed lumbar only. Was told to go to pain doctor for an injection. I had to postpone the injection because I had to have immediate foot surgery. I was told originally that my next appointment would be to go over my neck issues. They REFUSED to see me and said they would not see me until I had the injection or scheduled surgery with them. I was looking forward to an informative conversation with someone after watching Dr Grunch on social media. I didn’t expect to be tossed aside like most doctors do. Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is not an easy chronic illness to have but the worst part is the treatment we receive from medical “professionals”

Helpful and friendly staff! Quick check-in time. I like the convenience of having the medical team all in the same building which made it easy to keep two appointments one after the other the same day. Nice Christmas Tree!

I had a L3-L5 fusion performed by Dr. Waits and the results have been spectacular! My experience with all of the staff was stellar. Special thanks to Hailey Handerhan PA who guided me through both the pre-op & post-op experience with her knowledge of my condition and the surgical solution. Hailey has excellent communication skills, took the time to address my questions and concerns and exhibited a compassion that is truly a gift.
