I began my breast cancer journey shortly after Christmas. When I met with Dr. Read for a treatment plan, my adult son and daughter came along as well. Dr. Read made me feel so at ease with what was to come and answered any and all questions we had with the upmost care and patience. In being honest, this news has knocked me for a loop and I’m sure others that have been here can relate to this as well. I want to give a huge thank you to not only Dr. Read but to her nurse Vicky and surgery scheduler Sue that have answered all my questions with grace and patience. My journey has only just begun, but when you have a Dr. and staff that take the time out of their busy day to actually call you and make you feel like you really matter, that takes away so much of the anxiousness in the unknown. Dr. Bush and his staff are amazing! From the first visit with him I felt completely at ease and confident that I had chosen the best doctor. When my husband and I sat down with him to discuss my breast cancer diagnosis and next steps, he prayed over us. I knew right then that the Lord had sent me to him. The morning before surgery, he prayed over me again. I went into surgery with complete peace knowing our Lord was guiding his hands. Since my surgery, I have been getting lymphatic massages. My massage therapist says that my scars are the best she has ever seen and she has seen a lot. I am so thankful for Dr. Bush for making such a difficult time in my life a little easier.

I met with Dr. Mary Read for a consultation. She was wonderful and personable. Very transparent as well. Provided clear goals and an outline for a treatment plan in the future. The office staff were also friendly. I had a great experience, and would recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Derek Pendarvis has been a Godsend to me in my two surgeries over the last several years, from performing a total thyroidectomy and my most recent hernia surgery. The stellar quality of this surgeon and wonderful human being is echoed by the same qualities in his medical support staff at all levels of interaction and medical care.

At my appointment, I had a nurse fail to answer my questions and actually call me names and insult me to my face. I raised my concerns within the office and via google. Over a MONTH LATER and 48 hours before my surgery, they chose to address my concerns by canceling my appointment at the last minute. This morning, I received a call confirming the timing of my surgery, and then an hour later, I received a call canceling my surgery. I find this practice untrustworthy and unprofessional. Dr. Aycinena and his staff have disrespected my time, causing prolonged pain and suffering. They also cost myself and my family money, as PTO was already taken and hotel rooms were reserved. Additionally, Dr. Aycinena recommended I ask my other doctor, Dr Smith, for medication for Dr. Aycinena's surgery, w
