Customer Service was great. The facility itself was dirty, unsanitary and not pleasant to walk in. The bathroom was nasty including the toilet area with dirty walls and trash.

On a scale of 1–10, I give Erica Dent a 20! Her care and attention toward her patient (my 84-year-old dad) were more than I could have asked for. She was friendly, patient, and truly listened to our concerns. It’s not often you see a care professional instinctively kneel on the floor to meet a patient in a wheelchair at eye level, but Erica did, without hesitation, which spoke volumes about her compassion and respect. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was thoroughly addressed. We are incredibly grateful for her exceptional care.

Erica Dent is an amazing provider that truly cares for her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable & caring. She gave me the best care. I’m so grateful for that. Her staff is also very professional with excellent customer service!

Good place great work and understanding workers 👍 but my experience inconvenient as a first time visitor came for a dislocated sholder injury waited a couple hours then was told about the system they used instead of me directly providing my card and info then the operator xray I needed isint present. Partially my fault for not knowing or researching their system but I verbally told them of the injury before waiting a couple hours before being informed The system they use is an online one so I physically walked in with all the information to later be told that I need to fill out my information online despite the outside displaying they take walk ins But on the contrary the doctor was very understanding and helpful in checking the injury and allowing a fast pass for the next day allowin

Loved the prompt and personal service Erica and staff provided. Took away all my fears. Because I've never had to deal with Workman's Comp, they took my hand and walked me with care and concern. They even faxed referral forms for me...They are the Best🔥😎
