Thank you for reviewing. I had a really disappointing experience for my visit. Unfortunately this is not the first time. I was greeted by the receptionist by her telling me I was not scheduled the day of service. It was in an accusatory manner that she informed me that there was no way I had an appointment. Oddly enough, I scheduled with her on 2/18. She then proceeded to whisper about me to other employees. Overall, I got my teeth cleaning only and deferred the full exam and X-rays as I'll probably cut ties with your office. It is unfortunate as I have been a customer for many years.

The team was compassionate, and caring from the front desk getting me in as they were preparing to end their day to the provider seeing me for an emergency visit. Thank you all for extending your day to help me resolve my pain and move forward to the next step. The clinic is first class medical service and a new care team for me and my family.

I saw them for an emergency visit and I was totally impressed. Dr.Tamaka Faris is the best. Her bedside manners is the best. I was so scared and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much Dr. Tamaka Faris for being you. Also the front receptionists was very knowledgeable and professional. I will totally let people know about you guys. See you all on the 20th.😘😘

This was the best teeth cleaning by Dental Hygienist Brandon that I have ever had. Brandon was very professional with his work. He made sure that I understood the current procedures. He did not rush while he cleaned and flossed my teeth. I would like his services for future appointments. He was gental when using the tools as well. Once Brandon was done, doctor Faris came In and confirmed Brandon's good work and explained possible future procedures. This dental office has a pleasant environment and pleasant staff. I highly recommend this dentist office!!!
