LMC Urgent Care - Northeast

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally address an incident that occurred on February 20, 2026, at approximately 7:29 PM at your urgent care facility. I drove 30 minutes from Winnsboro, SC to bring my son in for medical care and arrived prior to your posted closing time of 8:00 PM. Upon entering, there were four front desk staff members present. Before my son could be evaluated, I was informed that he could not be seen because the X-ray machine had already been shut down. I was also told that the facility was no longer testing for flu or COVID symptoms, despite the fact that it was not yet 8:00 PM. On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, I was experiencing an allergic reactions to something. My left side of my face had started to swell and my eye closing. Because the right side had swollen just days before, I went to the emergency room but there were about 30 people in the waiting room. So my friend suggested I go to the Urgent Care on Killian Road. Upon arriving I noticed the hours of operation on the door (8:00 am - 8:00 pm). It was 7:52. My thoughts... well if I'm in before 8 they can see me. As soon as I walk in and start to sign in "Gina" behind the desk is looking at her watch and with an attitude," You know we close at 8, you have 5 mins!" I said, I saw the sign. I have complained on this facility before, so I want to make sure I brag on this facility as well. Dr. David Baehren is a total rock star. In fact, if I find myself at this facility, I will be requesting him if possible. He is TRUSTWORTHY, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Also, the check in and triage nurses have been amazing.

The staff was awesome. Clean environment the nurses and doctors were very informative.. They listened to my concerns and help to make my situation comfortable.

We have had service from Podiatrist, Urologist, PT dept as well as orthopedic surgeon. All are outstanding professionals. The facility is top notch and easily accessible. We prefer LMC northeast to the main campus at Lexington
