I'm giving a 5 for Valerie Thimothee MD for the treatment I received on 12/29/2025. However, the front desk associates rate a 0. The administrative hassle I encountered was substantial. Worst of all was being sent to the LMC occupational health facility whereby I arrived there and discovered they could not assist me at all. Some strong advice: If you have great health insurance like my United Health Care Medicare Advantage plan, please use it. I unfortunately utilized workers compensation and Lexington Medical Center delayed my attempt to return to work which cost me lost wages and incredible stress. My $40 out of pocket self insurance Copay would have had far more preferable outcomes. And, the quality of care varies wildly. I go here primarily because I am in the Lexington Medical

I went there today to have x-rays done. I was treated so well. From the receptionist helping me locate my glasses and making sure I received my CD to Lori R with her encouraging bed side manner. They definitely improved my day out.

I’m going to urgent care isn’t always quick, which is fine. I’ve never had anything but good experiences at LMC’s urgent cares, except for this one. Came here at 1:45, was brought to the back by 1:50, and wasn’t even talked to again until 3. Asked the front desk, and before I could even finish my sentence, I got a response saying the provider was doing a procedure, which I was never notified of. Right after, the nurse *no surprise* came in. Do some tests, tell me they’ll be back in 30 with the results. It’s been 45, and I left a job early to come here to go to another after, so I go ask if I can just get the results added to my my chart because I have to leave. The same lady I originally spoke to at the desk gives me the results then and there, the same one who stabbed my throat doing a s

I went for an allergic reaction. My notes state I had no shortness of breath. I specifically told the dr I had been having shortness of breath for several days and that was one of the reasons I was there. I was prescribed prednisone to help with inflammation from the reaction. The Dr was aware of my anxiety disorder and neglected to give me any kind of warnings about this medicine and how it can exacerbate anxiety. I ended up having a bad reaction to the medicine physically and mentally. My anxiety got so out of control from the medicine that I couldn’t calm down to try to control the physical reaction I was having. These dr’s really just don’t care. It’s a paycheck for them. Who cares if your patient ends back up back in urgent care the next day due to your negligence in not explaining th

***UPDATE*** I went to Emergency Dental Care USA. What an incredibly positive and friendly experience. That place wanted my business. A hospital or a clinic is a business. You pay for the service you receive. It is unacceptable to make people in need feel unwanted when they are paying for the service.*** The ladies working the desk and the greeter were very friendly. The admitting nurse that took my vitals was very compassionate and empathetic. The lady that then confirmed my insurance, and identification very compassionate and displayed great empathy. However, attending or practitioner that then diagnosed and treated me didn't give a tinker's dam about me. She came in she looked agitated; and she said she worked at the northwest clinic; she must’ve had to come all the way over just for me
