Living Center At Geneva-North

Let me just say this place is 5 Star compared to another place my family member was in. The staff was very accommodating, compassionate, patient, experienced and most of all available when something was needed. Their attentiveness to my family's needs were Top Notch. The freshness /inviting decor when walking in the door is something that brought me peace. The facility was clean. I can never repay the staff for what they did for my Aunt/family for the 5 days she was present at Living Center North.

The Geneva Living Center has been wonderful to our loved one especially during this very difficult time. They have been exceptional at keeping us updated on the status of the facility and are very consistent with the COVID testing. I appreciate all they do to keep our loved one safe.

Yikes… poor patient to staff ratio, and not a clean facility. Patients are not given the attention and care that they deserve. There was literally fecal matter on the floor for multiple days (and that was just in the room I was in!)

I do not recommend leaving your loved one here. Staff is very unpleasant and shady. Have had first hand experience of there bad care
