Live Urgent Care

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. Staff was amazing, x-ray tech was very thorough and the nurses who gave me my shot were very kind and made me laugh. The provider was very nice, professional and made all my instructions very clear about the meds and recovery. It was a great experience even though I would have rather not been there, they all made it very pleasant!

What an amazing experience! Everyone was polite, friendly and professional - from intake through exam. Our visit was on a Sunday with very few other patients, but I expect that our experience would remain consistent on busier weekdays. Excellently run healthcare service! Very comforting to know we have this resource available vs. the hospital emergency room ordeal. That makes us more inclined to address issues promptly rather than wait and hope they subside. Thank you!

Unfortunately, despite having a decent staff, their billing department ignores every single call and email you send them. Specifically, someone named Gianna. I have contacted their billing department over 18 times since December via phone and email and never received a single response. I eventually had to make the front desk make their manager do the billing departments job. Now, I need to contact the billing department again and I am just giving up. I will never visit a live urgent care again because of this. I have never been ignored the way this company’s billing department does, if there were awards for not doing your job and ignoring customers I would nominate them for every single one. The best urgent care I've ever been to! The other day I was treated by Jenna and Jackie, and they were fantastic. The entire staff here is friendly, patient, and welcoming, and they're all very good at what they do!

Wife and I had flu like symptoms while on vacation. Even though we had never been to this location, nor live in the area, we were able to do a walk in, and were able to be seen within 15-20 minutes. The receptionists were friendly, the nurses, and the physician were friendly and made us feel at ease. Unfortunately I tested positive for the flu, but the physician handled it and prescribed medication that allowed me to sleep soundly for the first time in the past couple days and feel on the better side of things the next day. For my wife, we really appreciated that the physician really took into account her pregnancy and didn’t just jump to similar treatment. We felt well cared for and not rushed. Hands down best urgent care experience for us.
