This spa is my go-to spot for relaxation. The staff treats you with care, and the services are always consistent. A wonderful place to recharge.

Do not go here I paid this lady fir one hour 70 bucks massage then out if no where she give me a 30 minute for 60 . Nobody speaks English . So she basically scammed me out of my money . Now playing stupid. I would never go back to this dump . This place is a scam. All she did was my back . The worst experience ever . Then tried to give me 10 dollar’s back. I wish I had read the reviews first .

I wanted to try this place out because they were able to take walk-ins. Demanded cash payment upfront, okay no problem. Luckily I had enough cash for the $70 service. They then proceeded to ask how I was going to tip. I told her that I had just enough cash to cover the service but I could pay with my card. Cash only!! They decided to refused my entire service because I did not have enough cash to cover the service AND the required up-front tip. I took my $70 cash and left.

One of the best massages I've had since I moved to Roanoke, but their customer service is one of the poorest. They even offer a happy ending if you're into that which I'm sure would be good too, but I opted out. The phone number they have posted if you have questions or concerns is pointless as they do not call you back. So, if you're into good massages with poor service, then this is the place for you, otherwise keep looking. Oh yeah almost forgot, they try to shake you down for a tip at the beginning and end and then get an attitude when you don't offer what they think you should.

Worst massage of my life - DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to WASTE TIME AND MONEY. Them had the audacity to initially refuse service because tips MUST be in CASH. But charged me $74-upfront, shortchanged me by 15 mins, then rushed me out the door. Terrible terrible massage. Tips before you start and then get robbed of time. $74 for 45 mins. Started at 9:20. And as I write this-it’s 10:12. DONT GO HERE ATTTTT ALLLL, if you do - set a timer
