Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care - Farmers Branch

We took our son to this Urgent Care and had a positive experience. He liked the place, and the waiting time was around 10 minutes. The spacious waiting area made it comfortable to sit and wait without any issues. We visited for our son’s skin itching issue, and the doctor provided thoughtful care and helpful recommendations. We followed the advice, and he got better soon after. Overall, a smooth and reassuring visit!

My youngest daughter, 5, hates the doctor to the point that caused her to have ptsd. BUT this place definitely knows how to comfort a little one. She is willing to come to this office for anything and everything. Visits are short wait times, fast results, and just plain honest about my input. We only come here because my daughter is so comfortable here which is the most important aspect to have. Thank you to everyone who comes through and through no matter what You will be seeing me again and again.

We had an amazing experience at Little Spurs Pediatric. The entire staff was fast, patient, and incredibly caring. My son needed stitches, and they took such great care of him and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. You can truly tell they care about kids and parents alike. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I took my newborn daughter to get looked at while we are visiting family and I was soo pleased! I don’t write reviews but I felt that each person here cared and wanted to take great care of my baby just like she would be by her ped dr! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and very helpful! The front desk lady was so helpful to sort out insurance issues. Highly reccomend!

We visited on Monday evening and the staff was kind, attentive, and very apologetic throughout our visit. Once we were seen, the care was thorough and compassionate. The only challenge was the wait time — approximately 2.5 hours. While I understand urgent care volume can fluctuate, especially after 6pm, it would have been helpful to receive a clearer estimate once the staff realized the complexity and number of patients ahead of us. Our child’s health was never in danger, but waiting that long with a young child is difficult. A proactive update about expected delays would have helped us decide whether to stay or seek another option. That said, the staff remained professional and caring throughout.
