Alba is a very knowledgeable and kind professional. I originally came in for permanent eyebrow makeup, but then changed my mind after I paid my deposit and she made me feel really comfortable during that entire process. I got an amazing hydrofacial and she removed a lot of gunk in my pores. She’s has a wealth of knowledge on a variety of services backed by many years of experience and I trust her professional opinion. I recommend this place.

Unexpected Fees/ Hidden Fees/ Fee Transparency Issue/ Additional Charges Not Disclosed ***1st appointment*** — Honest review: A client drove nearly an hour for an initial appointment, only to be told at the door about an additional medical clearance fee on top of the service cost. This fee was "never mentioned during prior phone calls or text messages with this business", despite clear chances to explain it "before the client’s arrival". Finding this out after such a long drive made it feel like a "dishonestly hidden fee". Alba and her sister Joanna are genuinely kind and truly care about their clients. Alba even made my son feel comfortable while he waited she joked around with him, and he’s a teen, so that’s not easy! Their personalities radiate warmth and positivity. Alba made me feel completely at ease during my tattoo laser removal. I was so nervous, but she explained everything and kept me calm the whole time. The pain was honestly very minimal (2/10), and I’m someone who doesn’t handle pain well 😅. Highly recommend this studio they’re professional, caring, and make the entire experience so comfortable!
