Have had several visits to Alpha Dental. Am impressed with Dr. Patel's professionalism. He made me feel at ease through several procedures. The dental hygienist Malik was also very good. David Alford

Marissa was beyond helpful with trying to help me with my insurance and tooth abscess, I called multiple places and non of them helped as much as she did! Thank you so much!

My appointment was at 0730am on June 27, 2024. I think it's important for the technician to briefly explain the procedure being done for the day (although we are all fairly familiar with it). The lady that did my cleaning hardly explained anything - I could barely hear her through her mask and regular coughing. She was not thorough in her process nor friendly. Dr. Roper, on the other hand, took the time to explain things I needed to slightly adjust to maintain a healthy dental plan. My review is mainly due to the technician that worked on my cleaning.

I have been going here for a few years I have found that hygienist Diana is very good and thorough so when I rebook my appointments I always ask for her by name. The last few times when I show up for my appointment it seems that I am moved to another hygienist that is not as thorough as Diana. When I showed up for my appointment this morning I was told that I would not be seeing Diana but instead I would be with a new hygienist. When I explained that I had specifically made my appointment with Diana I was told sorry she will not be seeing you today. I do not feel that the front office is honest and I will not be returning as a patient for this reason.
