I feel very BLESSED to have found Lisa. I needed to get away from those NASTY ladies @ the front desk of OAK st. HEALTH in Burton. On my first visit w/Lisa, I was met w/a friendly smile. She was pleasant & easy to talk to. She seems very knowable. She listened to me & showed genuine care & sincere concern for my needs. Her staff were just as professional as she was. I wasn't given any grief, concerning my service dog, unlike OAK st HEALTH. I feel very fortunate, to be under her care & actually look forward to my next visit & I would reefer her to anyone. This is a great provider if you need a PCP. She can see patients in the office or in their homes. I recommend her frequently to patients I work with due to home based service and years of valuable service experience. She is super personable and easy to talk to.

Couple good employees but the new receptionist dosent have a clue. Lies to protect her incompetence and getting an appointment is a nightmare.. always 2 weeks or more out..trying to charge me co pays I do not have..even my insurance company called them and they still are trying to charge me!. Been without my meds for 6 weeks now and she don't care.. in a lot of pain and out of heart meds ! goodbye to that romper room.

I would honestly not even rate this practice if I could. It’s an absolute nightmare to try and get into and be seen. When you actually get in you only see Lisa once then you see everyone who works under her. I’m sorry but I’m not there to see them I’m there to see her so I want to see her. I was prescribed Adderall and covid hit so the waiting list became full and I was trying to get in before my script was out.. I called to reschedule and the receptionist is extremely rude and tells me I can’t get in for four months. When I finally got in to see her I seen the lady who came in to check my vitals she told me all I needed to do was come in to the desk and they would have wrote me another script the person who worked under Lisa came in and told me they had to cut me off my medicine because I

In not sure what Lisa y'all have but MY Lisa gets me in when I need to be seen. She listens to me not only regarding my health but also about the ones that I care for. She does have a lot of staff under her but I have NEVER had a problem saying I WANT TO SEE LISA at my next appointment and seeing LISA. She knows me by name and knows my ailments when she sees me. If ever a practitioner has ever cared about me, it's Lisa.
