After two decades of being afraid to see a dentist due to a traumatic incident in the past. I decided it was time to take care of my mouth as I have been working on the rest of my body. The office was so comforting Dawn at the front desk greeted me and was so warm which was the polar opposite to one I originally visited last year which was so sterile and cold feeling. Monique, my dental hygienist, played a pivotal role in making my experience truly outstanding. Not only was she warm and approachable, but her expertise was evident in the gentle and thorough approach she took during the cleaning. However, I must express my disappointment in the care I received Tuesday December 19, 2023 at Link Dental Care. My recent dental experience didn't encourage me to continue seeking dental care with your practice. Regrettably, my visit did not align with the high standards of professionalism I initially encountered. Upon my arrival, the warm greeting I had previously received was absent.
