LING Spa Upper West Side

Just finished the Wow facial with Ellis!! And WOW. She added radio frequency - and I am floating out of the upper Westside Ling. Truly an all encompassing (ly) sweet experience. Her kindness and strength as a masseuse and facialist leave me rejuvenated. I am coming back next month for sure. Highly recommend Ling.

I booked this facial for my daughter, Haniqa Rahardjo. After calling them a few days earlier to confirm that they can do extraction. This was her main concern and was her reason to do the facial. After they confirm that they can do the extraction, we went ahead with this booking. Very dissapointed because they DID NOT do the much needed extraction. We paid $423 for nothing. The rest of the facial did not do anything for her skin.

I ad the ginseng energy facial at the suggestion of the anesthetist. The experience was nice, but I can’t say it was different than any other facials I’ve had for significantly less cost. I was expecting more after reading the reviews. It was to be a 60 minute facial, but she finished at 50 minutes. I also felt that since she left the room for a total of 15 minutes during the facial while I had mask supplied other facials I’ve had have given massages or hand treatments during the time that a mask was applied and I think once again for the price that would’ve been more appropriate than just leaving the room.
