My wife recently made me a new patient appointment, I had previously not seen a Dentist for 7 years. I was surprised with how well the appointment went. I was able to be seen quickly and the ladies at the front desk were helpful with getting my insurance information sorted out. I would recommend Dr. Metcalf to anyone looking for a new Dentist.

I have been a long-time patient of this practice-about 18 years to be exact, long before Dr. Metcalf came aboard. I brought my family of five here for many years. My kids grew up in this office, and we even watched the staff’s children grow over the years. Today, I’m sad to say that I’ve decided to leave this practice and let go of my wonderful hygienist, Ashley, and Dr. Metcalf - not because of the providers, who are exceptional, but because of the rude and incompetent front office staff. Kim, the receptionist who has been the only issue I’ve ever had here, canceled my appointment simply because she wasn’t able to contact me. I am a consistent, routine dental patient and have never missed an appointment. I explained during my last visit in May that since moving, I don’t reliably receive

I called in as a new patient with a bad tooth, I had an appointment within an hour. Everyone in the office was kind and welcoming. My appointment was close to their lunchtime, Jordan stayed with me and talked with me throughout her entire lunch. Dr Metcalf was wonderful and made me feel like I had been a patient of hers for years! She has a kind heart and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Great office!!!

We love this dental practice. Everyone is so nice and helpful. When we moved here 10 years ago, some friends recommended them. We like them so much that when my sister moved here last year, we recommended them to her. She has been very happy as well.
