I’ve been really disappointed with the communication at this dermatology office. At my first visit, I was told they would call me with my lab results so I could start the prescribed medication. After not hearing anything, I called the office three separate times. I spoke to the staff twice and was told someone would get back to me, but I never received a call. At my appointment yesterday, I mentioned that I had reached out multiple times because I hadn’t heard anything back about my medication. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the lack of communication, and I’m still left without the information I need to move forward with treatment. The provider may be knowledgeable, but the follow-through and communication from the office have been extremely frustrating. I hope they improv

The front desk is efficient with check-in and check-outs. I have never had an issue calling to schedule an appointment. PA Alessi is so kind and caring, I highly recommend her. She and the nurses are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to many dermatology offices and this is the only one I have ever felt comfortable visiting.

Neglected to inform that there was an additional deductible payment due prior to services rendered. Copayment had already been paid in advance. Total lack of price transparency. Couldn't even state what the deductible was for, only that I hadn't reached my deductible.

My appts have been good from start to finish. But a big complaint now is getting results from a toenail clipping to determine those results . I got to the results online but couldn't interpret the results. Ive called twice with still no results or a call back. Unacceptable!!

I've called and left two voicemail with the billing department. The first one about a month ago. No call backs. Otherwise the providers and staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I am confident I will have good results. Thank you.
