The fact that you all did not have the decency to at least put a sign on the door to say you would be closed for the the Holidays is so disgusting. Some of us came on Tuesday and Thursday and sat outside for over an hour, knocked on the door and called to no avail!! This is not how business is handled. I guess it’s because of the location you are in!

I’ve been coming to this diet Dr since 2008 so I can maintain my weight and it has worked for me 100% there have been times when I did let myself go by constantly eating crazy but other than that it’s done it’s job for me and I have pictures that proves the pills that are provided works. My best friend in the Bahamas been on them since this Doctor’s office opened while she was living here in Miami and she’s on them while she’s over there. Everyone’s body works differently with medication. Just have faith eat right and exercise. That’s the key🤗 ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

Drove to here from Ft. Myers and got here at 12:04 and before even knowing how long I'd been to their office they were rushed to shut down, when they advertise 12:30 closing. The front desk person, then taps on her watch "we gotta go". Then she says no cash accepted, I respond Its not 12:30 yet and where is the nearest atm. The Dr. From the room in the back yells "We're not staying open late for no one". I went and got the money, came back by 12:11, the front desk person says we didnt find your name and you have to come back Monday. I get that they have a no new client policy (Ive been there several times, even referred over 6 ppl) but it was the attitude that I detested. Would never return to them. People conducting business should have a code of ethics that they follow. They clearly have

The receptionist who answered the phone provided a HORRIBLE customer service experience! She consistently talked over me and was beyond rude. To think I was actually ready to spend my money at this office is crazy. Unacceptable. I called another office and immediately received way better service.

I called on a Monday to confirm that they accept new patients on a Saturday and was told to be there before 12pm. I drove 4hrs coming from up north just to be told that they would not see me because it was my first time. The doctor was extremely rude and uncaring to my situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
