Lillington Medical Services - Duncan Street

I've been looking for a passionate and caring primary care physician for years! I am 25 with 2 kids and have some mental health concerns. I saw Ashley Lawson and she was phenomenal! In less than 20 minutes she addressed all my concerns and brought up other things to consider for my health as well. I recommend her for any young women!! She is relatable, compassionate and easy to talk to. I will be coming back to see her

I recently moved to the area and established care with Dr. Bonnie Page, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was phenomenal took the time to really listen, addressed all my concerns thoughtfully, and made the visit feel unhurried and personal. She ordered appropriate labs for my annual checkup and followed up clearly to let me know everything was normal. Her communication was excellent, and I left the visit feeling confident and well cared for. I’m very glad to have found her as my primary care provider and would highly recommend her.

Ashley Lawson, PA, is amazing. She’s super nice and actually listens to what you have to say. I never feel rushed, and she explains everything in a simple way so it’s easy to understand. The office got me in really quick too, which helped a lot. I’m really glad I found her and would totally recommend her to anyone!

TLDR: Five stars for the providers and staff, especially NP Olivia (and zero stars for that awful kiosk). I've seen NP Olivia Del Valle for almost five years and she is hands down the best primary care provider I've ever had! She doesn't just try to treat symptoms, she looks to find the root of the problem, and actually listens to her patients. I am constantly recommending LMS to local friends and family because I know how hard it is to find a provider who actually cares about the quality of medical care they provide their patients. I had roughly ten different PCPs in the decade preceding my move to NC (thanks to frequent military moves), so I feel qualified to say that she is the best. Well this is the first time I’m leaving a review on Google today I went in to get help about my medicine and I told the lady that I had to keep calling for about 10 times and when she came to the window she was very unprofessional and rude telling me I was lying about everything and I was showing her proof no one should have to come and be discriminated against because of their disability and no one should talk to people in a manner that this lady did my thing is if you don’t love your job. Don’t apply for a job that you have to work with other people and being professional, if you don’t like your job that much you need to look for another job I will be reporting this because it was uncalled for
