I came in with to visit family and let me tell you, I encountered some of the nicest people. One in particular was this nurse, she introduced herself as Cookie. She has the most bubbly personality and was willing to help and answer any questions that I had. When asked about a patient she smiled and said this isn’t the side I usually work but if you give me a moment, I’m sure I can find out what you’re needing. She’s helpful and in a time where you’re scared to have a loved one in a nursing home, having someone you can see cares is important.

Very well kept and modernly updated. The environment staff creates a homelike experience, with kind staff and a hands-on management team. It's very exciting to see activities throughout the day as they encourage all that can to be active and stimulated.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and positive attitudes of everyone we dealt with. We were in the room when Amber was bathing my FIL, Amber was so gentle and caring with him that we knew we had found a good place her him to regain his strength.

We can not speak for the skilled care department. We only experienced the Assisted Living section of this facility. That building has a Sanitation rating of C. The rooms are small and cramped. Our lady stayed there only 4 days and begged us to get her out. There were unverified rumors of staff hitting residents. From our experience I would simply advise a careful analysis before putting a family member there. Talk to long-term residents who are cognizant. Don't base your decision on Google reviews.

When you walk in the front doors of Lillington Health and Rehab, you get a feeling of warmth, love, and of a homelike environment. Our residents become part of our family, and we love each and every one of them! Our staff are kind and caring and make sure our residents receive the best care. If you find yourself having to make the hard decision to place your loved one in a Nursing Facility, please consider us! We will love on your family member, and make sure they receive the best care!
