Lilla’s Massage

I do not recommend. I went in for a hour massage and the sign posted stated $80, which I was okay with plus tip. Do you know this woman wait til after the massage to say my total was $120 but I can give her $110. I just gave her the money and left. I told her she will never see my business again. U don't do that to people. If an hour massage is too long then don't offer it.

I walked in to see if they had any openings for a massage and to ask about the price. The associate kept insisting that she gives very good massages and explained that she asks for her tip upfront. I told her, of course, I would tip— I usually tip 20–25% at these places if the service is good. However, since it was my first experience, I was surprised when she said she charges $50 for a 30-minute massage and another $50 as her tip, making the total $100. I believe it’s unreasonable to require payment upfront and expect almost a 50% tip. I ended up not getting the massage, but I was hoping it wasn't like this bc I just moved and is 5 mins to my house and very convenient specially when I get massages regularly.

Even though Sisi couldn't communicate with me and she speaks Chinese, but she understood what exactly I need for that day, she did amazing job for me and my husband. I truly enjoy the massage and will definitely will back to her. Only thing that I was satisfied was the tip, we did half an hour with was $50 which would be $100for both us ,but she charged for $155 so, that makes hard for someone that can not afford this tip.

She asked for tip up front. Always tip 20% -30%at these places and she wanted 50%!! Massage 80 for one hour you pay 160… Are you kidding me?!?! Don’t go here!!! You’ve been warned… PS she was very rude from the beginning SMH.. oh, I forgot it stinks when you walk through the door… INL

I had a very troubling experience at this location. I was locked inside and pressured to provide a specific tip amount, which felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I was even told I couldn’t purchase a gift card unless I tipped a certain amount. The staff member was hostile, and the overall environment felt unsafe and coercive. I strongly advise others to be cautious.
