Lilburn Pediatrics

Dr. Aurora is an amazing pediatrician. I’ve been seeing her since the age of 4 and I am now 21. She has always been very thorough every time I’ve had a check up and she’s a wonderful lady. I will miss coming to her

I was really disappointed with my visit. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, and my child ended up waiting for over an hour and a half just because I couldn’t pay a cancellation fee that I wasn’t even told about until the day of. Dr. Arora is nice, but she didn’t take the time to address my questions or concerns, and I didn’t feel like she was fully engaged in my child’s care. On top of that, the layout of the office doesn’t keep sick and well kids separated, and there was no disinfection happening in the waiting area.

They don’t deserve even a one star. However, The doctors at this clinic are excellent, and it's unfortunate that the poor behavior of some front desk staff can make the clinic look bad. Despite my experience with the front desk i have been coming from the past 3 visits to give them the chance, also spoke to the Doctor but nothing have changed, they don’t have the records for the payment and asks you to pay again and again, although waiting for 47 minutes with the baby even though i had an appointment, I had to walk out without visiting the Doctor and made me frustrated saying that this is our system.

Ridiculous, I had my appointment scheduled at 3 i get here 3:09 another family comes after me yet the doctor chose to see them first I HAVE A RESTLESS 2 yo where as these other children were way older , this is not okay very unprofessional

Ive been coming here ever since i had first born, and the customer service, nurses, And Doctor Aurora are very helpful. Made me feel comfortable and do not regret getting there service. I would recommend that people should come here for there children medical needs!
