Lift Therapeutic Massage

I’m a huge fan of massages and have very high expectations, especially when it comes to deep, strong pressure that truly reaches the muscles. It’s rare to find someone who can do that well, but Tasha’s massage was absolutely amazing. It was both powerful and gentle at the same time, and the 90 minutes flew by. I left feeling incredibly light, not only in my body, but in my mind as well. It’s such a wonderful, uplifting experience.

I used to love this spa—it was my go-to for massages, and they really do an amazing job when it comes to the actual service. However, the communication and booking process has become really frustrating. I recently reached out to one of the owners to ask about availability for a spa day and never received a response. There’s no easy way to book online, no clear system for availability, and even purchasing gift cards feels unnecessarily complicated. It's disappointing because the quality of the massages is genuinely great, but the lack of customer service and booking convenience makes it really hard to continue supporting the business. I hope they improve this soon—it has so much potential.

My prenatal massage with Leah was amazing! She is great! She listened to my concern areas and I feel so great now! The location was easy to get to and it has it owns parking lot. The lobby was clean and bright. The room for the massage was quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be back! I recommend them for your massage needs!

Lift is absolutely the best! I’ve had massages elsewhere, but none have compared to Lift. My massages with Tasha are the best I have ever experienced, period. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone there is so kind & easy to be around. An all around great vibe. I always feel so much better physically & mentally when I leave. I highly recommend Lift. Everyone there is great!

Absolute best massage in the city. The space is lovely, the owners are wonderful and they've been taking great care of me for years! Through two pregnancies and all of life's aches and stresses. Love this place.
