I visited Lifetime Vision in Quincy with high expectations — it has advanced technology and excellent reviews (4.9 stars on Google). Unfortunately, my experience did not match the high rating. My appointment was delayed by about 20 minutes due to an urgent case, which seemed to affect how my exam was handled. During the visit, Dr. Mary Vo focused heavily on the cost of retinal imaging, even though I was fine with the procedure, had done it many times before, and knew the pricing through my insurance. After discussing costs, she only checked my vision and did not review or explain the results of the retinal imaging or other tests.
