If I could give it a “0” I would. I brought my mother in who was having breathing problems. I first asked when I walked in the door, do they have the necessary equipment to assist my mother and the said “yes” I told them she already took a breathing treatment at the hotel and still having problems and since they were right across the street so we went there. When I say that there was NO URGENCY, they literally were all (3 of them) sitting at the desk as my mother is leaning over the counter / tripod breathing and told her to go and have a seat as they are taking their time on putting her info in that either my sister or I could’ve answered is beyond me!!!! I am a nurse and I know how quick this can turn bad! Like why are you even open or considering yourself an “urgent care” that’s a joke

I brought my daughter in for a strep test and was shocked by how unprofessional the experience was. The provider swabbed her cheek and lips instead of her throat.. I’ve never seen a strep test done that way, and it raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the results. On top of that, the urgent care itself appeared very dirty and poorly maintained. Staff were constantly walking in and out of the room, grabbing supplies and yelling across the clinic while we were sitting there. It felt chaotic and unsanitary, especially for a medical setting where cleanliness and professionalism should be a priority. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone seeking proper care for their child or yourself.

I have gone here several times for me and my son. We usually have a good experience and short wait. One time the doctor even went above and beyond and researched what my son’s skin rash could be. She said the same as me that it was likely an allergy but follow up with the PCP, which is reasonable, because it is urgent care. The receptionist with the colored hair has always treated us like friends. She’s super nice especially to my son and he’s autistic. They are great with him. Leaving a poor review because you have to pay each time is ridiculous in what world do you not pay for each doctor’s visit?! I don't understand the negativity in a post here. I've always had a good experience when I needed to go to this urgent care. The staff is caring. Sometimes some patients have an attitude when they can't get what they want and then post the negative here but won't post their bad attitude towards the staff. An old saying use to go like this: "The customer is always right." I disagree with this saying now because the customer is not always right and it's not ok for any pt to disrespect the staff especially when they are trying to be helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest of excellency~I give "Lifetime Urgent Care Flint" a...... "10" KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! 👍🏼
