Lifeline Urgent Care

Had a great experience here. While most urgent cares charge an insane copay, this one bills their copays as a regular office visit. The doctor was so sweet and spent a lot of time speaking with me and listening to my concerns. Nice to be able to see an MD and not an NP or whoever you see at typical urgent cares. Will only be using this urgent care from now on.. easily the best in the area!

This is the best urgent care in Bergen County. They are quick to respond and get appointment scheduled when needed. They are thorough and their assessment. And they are great with care and bedside manner. My family has used them several times and we keep going back. With urgent care options like this regular primary care. Doctors are seeming less less necessary.

The doctor & staff were patient. We were not able to go to two previous urgent care because they were to busy. There is an MD on staff who is excellent.

Wonderful service! The communication was easy and they were very understanding. I really appreciate the high level of service and the efficiency in their work. I was also met with kindness and friendliness during my visits, which allowed me to feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Was able to quickly get an appointment the same morning I was having an issue. Close to my home so I was able to walk. The nurses / physicians were very kind and helpful. $20 copay with insurance. The doctor was informed by them and saw me within seconds. It felt very rushed and uneasy. I wanted to make sure my questions were all answered. She just very quickly prescribed me something and didn’t give me any follow up directions or after visit care instructions. Clean office and quiet. But the doctor definitely seemed to want me in and out as fast as possible which I didn’t like.
