I’ve got gone the last 10 years in the Atlanta area without a PC. Then I stumbled upon Dr. Moodys office, his front desk, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and phlebotomist, are all incredible. If you are accustomed to doctors through Emory or piedmont - this might not be the place for you. But, if you had a “small town” doctor / Nurse Practitioner and enjoy people having genuine personalities without corporate “fluff” I totally recommend! Everyone is polite, they’ve been able to get me in quickly on 2 separate occasions now - which is why I’m even writing a review! They have refilled antidepressants prescribed by a psychiatrist who wanted another copay to write a refill, and I’ve had every call returned so promptly. I have been a patient for over 15 years and my husband for near 10 years, we adore Dr. Moody! You can talk to him about anything, and he listens! A general practitioner is limited to the care BUT Dr. Moody is always quick to refer me to a specialist AND his staff will handle making the arrangements for me to see them, or for tests. Great office staff...friendly, personable and caring!

Best doctor and staff ever!! Nicest, most understanding people! Dr. Moody, takes his time wit you each time, never hurried! I even have my adult son going here and he feels the same!

I have never been more disappointed in a doctor in my life. Dr. Moody was my primary physician for about 12 years. He saw all of my family. However, this past Friday I went into his office and had a stomach bug and the beginnings of sinus problems. He completely ignored the sinus issues. I developed a sinus infection (which has been a fairly regular problem lately) and I went back on Tuesday. Dr. Moody refused to see me and referred me to a ENT. However, because of my new insurance the appointment was going to cost me $250 which I could not afford. I called Dr. Moody to explain the situation and to see what he could do for me.....to which he shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. Cannot ever reach anyone to make an appointment - I have been calling for 4 days - trying to follow up after a hospital stay. Voice mail immediately states, our office is closed but then goes on to tell you that the hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Thursday, Please fix your dang phone system. I have called 4 times today alone. Will likely end up loking for a new primary physician due to bad practice management.
