Life Care Center of Post Falls

Very poor care. No one comes in to check on you. When you press the call button it takes 40 or more minutes to respond. When you need to use the bathroom that’s a long time. They give you pills that you don’t need, aides don’t know how to use the gate belt. Food is always cold and not nutritious. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Life Care in Post Falls has taken good care of my mom. The staff is friendly & professional. The only thing I wish for is that she would get some PT. We were told twice a day during the week and once a day on the weekends. So far, she has not been walked. Today is Sunday, she arrived in Thursday. She was walking a little bit each day at the hospital before she arrived at Life Care.

I visited a friend today and found very kind and friendly staff. The people I saw helping my friend were gentle and encouraging. Patience with patients seemed to be in practice.

My mom has been a resident for over a year and we love this place as she does too. The staff are ALL wonderful to her; very, very personal care and kindness prevails. Lots of activities, lots of communication between residents and staff, exercise programs for every level, different entertainment daily, weekly, monthly…they go above and beyond every day! They also communicate well between staff and our family to let us know how my mom is doing. We rest assured she is in good, kind and caring hands every day and night!! We are SO happy we found this place to take good care of our precious mom❤️

Over all the staff was great. Would recommend for anyone who needs assistance transitioning back to living at home. Great motto of how they help people to age in place in their own home. I did have a major issue with how the red haired nurse in 300 she was very rude and disrespectful to my family saying "I don't know why he even came here, he should have just gone home" continuing with things that were not true about the whole reason that he was there. We were advised by the hospital staff he needed to be in a skilled nursing facility as a transition on his way to come home. Which was going to be short and it was.
