Life Care Center of Greeley

My mom was in this place after a knee surgery. Everyone was nice but a little slow. She sat in her wheelchair a little too long. She rang her bell and it too a long time for them to attend to her. My mom was quite and didn't ask for much at all. They didn't do the rehab that they said would be done. When she needed to go back to rehab they red flagged her and she wasnt allowed to go back. They said she caused too many problems. They didn't say what problems. My mom is the kindest person that causes no problems with anyone. So having them say she was too much trouble says that they didn't want to do their job and take care of her needs. People need to know this. Very dissatisfied with this place. She is way better off with the people that love her to care for her.

Staff is very helpful and respectful toward residents. They do their best and remain compassionate considering working short staff occasionally. However, CNAs and nurses should be paid more for all the hard work they do to keep the facility running. Without them, Lifecare wouldn't exist. If only corporate management would tour facilities more often and visually see, and experience what really happens at a SNF.

My mother spent a month doing rehab after a fall. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff. They were so awesome!! My mother was sad to leave. ******I will need to edit this comment. If a patient complains about a staff member, the complaint is somewhat swept under the rug. It is addressed but the follow up with family did not happen. Once that complaint has been made, the next time the patient needs to return to the facility for more services, he/she is red flagged and not allowed to come back.

The facility is beautiful. The recent renovations are stunning! Very bright and home like. The staff and kind, patient, and helpful. 10/10 recommend if you have a loved one who needs rehab or long term care.

I was a rehab patient for 2 weeks after my hip replacement surgery August 19 2025. I only have good memories of this facility. All of my Nurses and CNA's were the most caring individuals and worked very hard to ensure that we were all well cared for. My Therapists were so great at their job, sometimes I think a little too good (only kidding). I couldn't have asked for a better place for my family to place me. I would definitely recommend Life Care Center of Greeley for your go to place for Rehabilitation after surgery.
