I have been going to Dr. Reeves for years. I like having a woman for a dentist. She listens to what I have to say, takes a look, and lets me know what she will be doing. She gets the job done correctly the first time. Her patience is appreciated.

The manager needs to have more respect for patients. She needs to let patients know what is expected of them concerning their appointment.
