I give this company a 2 star, reason being is payment. The service is ok, but to pay any extra deductibles from a bill they send you in the mail is ridiculous. I got a outstanding bill of $2. No big deal, I get it. The problem is that the bill they send has no phone number to call to make a payment, no online service to pay to, and only a form to fill out and mail in to pay with credit cards or by check. So I sent a check. Weeks later I get another letter stating they didn't have not receivedpayment yet. I looked at my account and it was never cashed. So, I had to look the company up online to find a good number to call. Once I called I let them know I need to pay $2. I also mentioned they should put a contact number on the bill or a way to pay online. She said" I will make not of tha

Stacey is very knowledgeable and was able to get my 8 year old daughter up and running, literally, after a spiral fracture to the tibia, in record time. Stacey is a great motivator, educator, and is so kind! Lucas is AMAZING with adolescents and is clearly passionate about his job. He often assisted Stacey with my daughter's therapy and they had so much fun together. My daughter always looked forward to PT with these two. When she "graduated" she was so upset and didn't want to leave them. I'd definitely recommend Liberty Sports and Physical Therapy with Stacey and Lucas!

Darilynn was wonderful for pelvic floor therapy. She's professional, kind, and easy going. Strongly recommend her.

The practice does not have flexible options for school aged children. The lastest they had available anyday was 230 pm for my daughters PT. We told the therapist we would not be able to be on time probably about 10 min late each visit. "She said no problem". We had been going for a month. Arrived 10 min late to the most recent appt, and the front desk states sorry your late, your therapist has left for the day. Excuse me, the therapist told us it was ok. Needless to say we will no longer visit the practice, and I will not be paying a no show fee. I dont see this practice lasting very long

The staff there front front desk to the therapist are out standing I have had 1 visit and many more to come but if your looking for amazing therapist Liberty Sports And Physical Therapy is amazing and Keri is very knowledgeable at her profession a great first pick.
