Liberty Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center

I’ve had a great experience working with Liberty Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility. Their social work team is incredibly supportive, responsive, and truly advocates for their patients and families throughout the entire process. The therapy team is also excellent—knowledgeable, compassionate, and very engaged in helping patients reach their goals. You can tell there’s a strong sense of teamwork here, and it makes a real difference in patient outcomes. Highly recommend!

My wife was recently released after around a 2 month stay at the Liberty Ridge facility. In terms of her care, the CNAs, the nurses, the PT, and the OT staff were all phenomenal. The CNAs frequently checked in with her to ensure she was doing well and would check her vitals every few hours. They also came quickly when she rang her bell if she needed to use the restroom. The nurses were great when it came to giving her the meds on time, and in a way that she was able to swallow them easily. The PT team, particularly Lem, was very considerate of her abilities to do the exercises and tailored her plans to what her strength levels were on a given day. Her OT team was also very helpful in getting her stronger with day-to-day tasks so she could be able to do those things once she went home. From

The facility is always clean and smells great. The staff is always very friendly and very polite. I know that they do a great job. Honestly, Liberty Ridge is the nicest facility for the elderly and disabled people that I have ever been in!

The facility itself is always clean, bright, and welcoming. There are plenty of engaging activities that keep residents active and socially connected. It truly feels like a community rather than just a care facility. Everyone — from nurses and CNAs to housekeeping and administration — works together with mutual respect and a shared commitment to providing exceptional care.

Liberty ridge is a great place for our geriatric patients. The facility itself is clean and bright. The rooms are much bigger than most facilities in Lynchburg. The staff really care about the health and wellbeing of the patients. The activity department always has fun things to keep the patients stimulated. No facility is perfect but LR does try to fix problems and accommodate all the needs of the patients. I have personally had two family members treated at LR and recommend all of my patients that require skilled services to come to the facility for their post acute needs.
