I do not recommend Erica Jones - NP to any young adults, especially those dealing with mental health issues of any sorts. She is not empathetic in the least bit and will try to gaslight you into her beliefs. Multiple times I told her our treatment plan was not working but she insisted on it anyways. I cannot speak for the other practitioners, but I hope she becomes more understanding with her patients and listens to them. Like others have said, this place puts on a show like they are friendly and helpful but they are just here to make money sadly.

I was seen at LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Sycamore Square by Erica Jones - Nurse Practitioner I wouldn't recommend this NP, or this office to anyone. The first thing she did was tell me she would not write a prescription that I have successfully used for years. My breathing issues have been successfully treated by my family doctor since 2018 without incident. She told me I needed to see a pulmonologist. After this insulting visit she asked to listen to my heart & lungs, I told her NO, we were finished as far as I was concerned. The only thing that was done at the office was height and weight which was done prior to seeing the NP. Came here to establish new patient care. The providers as well as the staff were and have always been very kind. My provider is kind and she listens to all your concerns and provides the help where the help is needed. Very nice place very clean. Just a overall great experience. Great staff

I love my pcp here if the er doesn’t fix my problem. They always do
