I had previously given them 5 stars because I thought I was receiving proper care. I have suffered since 2020 from an autoimmune disorder. Jennifer Kline made it very clear she was not willing to help me any further and that I need to “take a multivitamin”… no referrals, no bloodwork, nothing. Mind you I was already on a multivitamin and many other supplements. Then her answer was “some people just have weaker immune systems than others”. After just one visit to my new PCP they placed a referral to rheumatology, endocrinology, and neurology. After further testing they revealed my immune system is indeed attacking itself. Absolutely terrible. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. You are just a number and a copay/$. Unfriendly, rude, nobody wants or tries to help you. Bottom of the barrel with customer service, professionalism and friendliness.

This place is full of incompetence. Carrie Meyer misdiagnosed my wife and almost cost her her life. She should have no business being a healthcare provider.

Apparently refills for a nebulizer so someone can breathe isn't important to them. They also made me make an appointment before they refilled my inhaler. Appointment was scheduled 2 weeks away. They were going to make me wait 2 weeks for an INHALER! UPDATE: Don't bother calling the number they give you to call and report an issue. Nobody answers and office managers are apparently "unavailable" so they aren't any help either. AVOID THIS PLACE!! I will never be returning.
