Leyendeckers Mervi OD

Wow! I've never had this happen. I had my exam. Ordered the glasses. Out of pocket after insurance was $265. The glasses came in and the minute I tried them on I felt sick. I made a comment about it that these weren't right. They had a fishbowl affect and gave me vertigo. I tried them out for two weeks and it never got better. I brought them back wanting a refund. Without talking to me, she had her assistant write me a check and wrote, "no more services" in the memo. So if you go here, you better be happy with what you get, no complaints or you're barred from services.

I love this office for its small-office feel. Dr. Mervi and staff know you when you come in, and are very good about finding appointment times that work for you. You don't have to shuffle through multiple layers of office staff to get to the dr. She is often right up front, helping other staff, and fully accessible.

Dr Mervi is fantastic. You can see by the way she treats everyone that she takes pride in her business. The staff is awesome, helpful, and very nice. Highly recommend.
