Lexington Medical Physical Therapy

I’m very disappointed with the front desk communication at this physical therapy office. I initially canceled my appointments through the MyChart app, but later called the office to keep my appointment on the 24th and to confirm that I still had appointments scheduled for the 22nd and 29th. The staff member who answered the phone confirmed that those appointments were still active. However, when I arrived for my appointment on the 22nd, I was told that all appointments had been canceled except the one on the 24th. When I explained that I had called and spoken with someone named Lisa, the person at the front desk said she was Lisa but claimed she never spoke with me.
