(DOCTOR) Asked none of required questions didn't ask for additional symptoms. Didn't help the problem, was in the room maybe two minutes tops; talked like we where dumb. Blamed everything on smoking weed. No heart check, No looking for the source of the issue. Frankly, disappointed.

Now I really see why my doctor left this facility! As he should! These people will give you the run around and order CT Scans and no bother to call you back to read the results or anything. I asked to be treated for something and they treat me for something else. I suffer with sinus issues and was treated for migraines. Tried to get an appointment for a steroid injection and she was trying to say she’d have to get in touch with another doctor to see if he could order it. Are you talking about the same one that treated me for something else???? I just hung up and told her I’ll go sit in the urgent care!

Came here for an MRI this week. That area is in the back of the building. The lady at the check in desk was nice but she was more interested in finishing her convo with her coworker than checking me in and left me standing at the window, talking as if she was on break. I asked am I at the right place. She said yes and continued her obviously personal convo until the coworker said let me go I’ll talk to you later, I’m here until such and such time. She then asked for my name, once the other girl left. When having me sign agreements she was nice but I found her chit chat dismissal of me very unprofessional. Monica, who did the mri was very kind and it was a smooth and time effective experience!

Crystal in Customer service is a breath of fresh air. She is so knowledgeable and appears to love her job. She was upbeat and started my morning with a smile. You don’t find this much dealing in customer service. Crystal is an asset to your company. I vote for Crystal employee of the month.

My wife recently underwent bypass surgery with Dr. Travis and his team who were fantastic. She received excellent care while she was on the 7th floor. When she was moved to the 4th floor for continued recovery the nurses were no where to be found. She needed to use the restroom, hit the call button but no one responded. She tried going to the restroom on her own. and before she got their fell backwards and bruised her tailbone, not good! This needs to change!
