I have been in desperate need of a new PCP for almost 2 years. I had my first appointment a week ago with Kristi Gailey (PA). Considering the health scares I have had over the past year and not feeling confident with the care I was receiving with my previous PCP I can’t express how pleased I am with Kristi Gailey. Not only did she throughly go through my medical history, she listened and made me feel heard. She stays on top of her patients and their needs. This is top tier medical care!

Dr. Wilson has been amazing! He cares, he takes the time to listen to any concerns and offers professional and appropriate interventions for whatever is going on without judgement . Will be moving all of our family care to Dr. Wilson in the fall when they should be able to take new patients again. He is worth the wait!! Highly recommend

I was a patient here a first and had an awesome provider. I was gone for a few months and moved back to the area. I was told by a woman at the front desk I was able to come back and see a different provider as my provider left. I call and try to make an appointment to get a simple check up since I was told I have a new provider and I get put through to the manager who tells me I’m considered a new patient and they are not taking new patients because they are short providers. I’m not exactly sure how I can be told I’m seeing a new provider and all of a sudden I’m not a patient anymore. No wonder they can’t find a provider and only have a 3.5 star rating. Find somewhere else for reliable medical care instead of this place.

Tried to set up an appointment as a new patient. The website clearly says they are accepting new patients but the rude receptionist cut me off really quick. Maybe update your website and learn some people skills!

That was very unprofessional on how the front office handled my dads situation today, especially Pam! How do you tell us "I don't have time for this?" When we just asked for clarification on how my dad's appointment got canceled by someone calling without verifying. If you don't have time for this, then why are you the office manager? You're supposed to handle situations like this!
