I had an appointment today to get a molar extracted. I was incredibly nervous, terribly incredibly nervous. The dentist was genuinely so sweet n reassuring. I told him how nervous I was n he was so kind n warm. I’ve had dentists before that are really cold or simply stay quiet n think you’re pathetic for being an adult n being afraid. Dr was really empathetic n after numbing the area it took him no more than 20 seconds n I was done. Thank you so much for your kindness. From the front desk lady (she was great) to the assistant who did my X-rays (also great) to the dentist, I had a great experience.

Was given a referral from my DR needed extraction ASAP had to wait 2 weeks to find out 15 ppl had the same appointment for 1 Dr!!!! Over 90 mins in waiting room and DR had an attitude!!! I WENT IN FOR 4 EXTRACTIONS WITH REFERRAL spoke to multiple receptionists and he waits until your sitting in the chair to inform you that's he charges for IV sedation anywhere between 500 to 250 dollars!!!! Prescribes pain meds that have been recalled THIS WHOLE PLACE IS A MESS!!!!

I keep calling to make an appointment and each time they answered they kept saying please hold and would leave me on the line for a while . I would hang up and call back. They finally decided to stay on the like after the 15th time of calling and I had mentioned that I keep being placed on hold and her response very rudely said “ well you know what you’re going to wait again! What is wrong with these people ?? So unprofessional!!!

I recently visited this location to have an extra wisdom tooth extracted. I looked at the reviews before scheduling a visit, I'm glad I gave little heed to the negative comments and listened to the opinion of a family member. The only bad thing about the visit is the staff member was about 7 minutes late to open, because there was a garbage truck blocking her route. Everyone was polite, courteous, and fast when they did open. The dentist said I would be in and out after examining my mouth. As he said, as it was!!! I was out in about 9 minutes after the numbing agent was applied. 10/10 for my experience.

He pulled out all of my wisdom teeth, and did a great job. I didn’t feel anything. It was so quick amazing Dentist and strong, because he pulls them teeth out quick and easy! (nothing worse than somebody pulling on the tooth for longer than they supposed to)
