Let's Smile Dental

I’ve recently moved to the city, and Let’s Smile Dental is my first dentist here. I got a second opinion from Dr Imran after I reported pain from one of my teeth. He explained what the root cause is (root canal!). He explained very well and gave me options on what I can do. Of course, I chose him and his clinic to do the procedure. I was always fearful of getting a root canal. But I was in good care. And I feel like with all the technology these days, Let’s Smile Dental really cares to invest in such equipment to make both their clinic and their patient have a betterment experience! Their patient services, I would like to add, is also very nice! They respond quickly and they are always easy to contact. I also switched insurance providers. Wonderful experience for my first time. Service was super outstanding :). The place itself beautiful!! As soon as you walk in - it feels welcoming and peaceful. Looking forward to a perfect smile ❤️

I just left there this place is so unprofessional, my appointment was for 4pm I arrived before my appointment time checked in with the receptionist sat and waited after that for 40 Minutes just for the receptionist to tell me it would be a HOUR longer wait smh I asked why she tells me that's what the dentist said then tells me I can wait or reschedule just like that. I left work early to make it there, I wanted to see the dentist my teeth hurt, complete waste of time and couldn't even explain why. NEVER AGAIN.

My son has been receiving treatment for the past 3 years. We never had issues with appts, delays, or anything in between. Thank you to the staff for treating us so well! He is at the ending of his treatment and will miss everyone there!

On Saturday I ran into the office and was greeting with warm regards. The experience was phenomenal. The care I received was really amazing and gentle, which is a plus because I’m very sensitive when it comes to the dentist.
