I have been with Dr. Williams around 5 years now. He is the absolute best Doctor around and so is his staff (that I've encountered). He listens, he advocates for women, he doesn't blame everything on weight, he is the healthcare we need to see in this day of age. I feel seen and heard anytime I visit or call that office and bonus points to Maria in the office, she is so kind and helpful. I actually get excited to go to the doctor knowing I will get to see them and can talk to Dr. Williams about ANYTHING.

He is one of the only physicians available in the area for my Medicare program. After the automated system hung up on me me for 2 days, l finally got through to set up an appointment today. 3 weeks ago, l was told his appointments were scheduling into March but l had to wait until February to schedule anything. Today, after repeated attempts, l finally got through and was told the earliest appointment was October 5th. I am 66 years old and have medical needs that require both specialist referrals and prescription refills. There are no other docs available in the area, the negligence of stating accepting new patients but waiting 9 months for an appointment is disgusting. Without a referral and my prescription refills l will be dead by October and my nephew will be rich from the negligence

Dr L. Williams is a Doctor you can trust! He is professional and courteous to the utmost and at all times. He listens and is attentive and concerned about his patients. He is brilliant, up to date on issues and treatments and if he has to refer you, the Doctors he has to refer you to are outstanding as well. He takes his time with his patients and his staff is professional and kind as well! I was referred to him by a Doctor I know and had to wait for almost a year before he could accept any new patients. And he was worth the wait and the almost 40 min drive to get to his office!!! My husband accompanies me most time, and he trusts and likes Dr Williams too! And he is not a relative!

REVISED REVIEW - from 5⭐️ to 1 I've been a patient of Dr. Williams for 3½+ years. I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment that I have received when really all I wanted to do was to remain a patient. My employer changed my insurance carrier on 6/1/25, to one his office does not accept & are not in network with. To preempt any issues, I contacted my insurance carrier to get answers regarding, (a) if they would accept claims from an out of network (OON) provider (they said yes & informed me of my copay), (b) if they would cover any treatment that an OON provider referred me for (they would cover treatment as long as it was received at an in network facility. Last week, I contacted his office with symptoms that he advised I take to the Emergency Room. I went and was kept overnight. W
