We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Cetner. He went out of his way to see my children as new patients after hours. He handled an insurance issue with incredible kindness and made sure my kids were well taken care of. Highly recommend!
From the minute I walked into the office I felt safe & welcome. The gals at the desk helped me right away, we're very knowledgeable & friendly. The doctor's assistants were wonderful, and answered many of my questions. Dr Cetner was warm, personable, gave me good information & a thorough exam. He calmed any fears I had of my skin cancer cells. He is very respectful & made me feel like he was glad to have me as a new patient. Checking out & making my next appointment was easy & fast. I didn't wait at all. Thank you for a great experience!
Dr. Cetner is the most caring and understanding person I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Not only for myself but for my son as well. Made him feel so comfortable when he was anxious. I can't express my gratitude enough for his compassion, sense of humor, and putting people at ease. Wonderful!
Dr. Cetner was warm and very patient. He spoke directly with my son, addressing his concerns while being very supportive of my thoughts as well. He spent a lot of time with us, which is unusual for many doctors these days. The office staff was great too-knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all of my questions and followed up with me, as they had promised. My only wish is that the office was located closer to my house-35 minutes is an awful long drive.
Dr. Cetner is wonderful, kind and empathetic. He does a great job. His support staff however are not very friendly to the point of being rude. It doesn’t take a lot to be nice to patients who may be anxious about their medical issues. The front office staff is also not the friendliest. I was surprised by my bill and when I asked for an explanation I was treated like I had 2 heads for questioning the cost of a procedure. So if you are willing to put up with a rude staff to get to the best doctor, then Dr. Cetner is your guy.
