Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I typically only write 5 star reviews but felt compelled to write this one. The massage therapists are great, but unfortunately the customer service doesn’t match the quality of the treatments. If you have an expiring credit, they will not send a courtesy reminder for you to use it. I contacted corporate customer service to rectify the situation, but have since been ignored by this location. I ultimately cancelled my membership because I felt more like a number than a valued client. Retention and communication are not their top priority.

A True Professional and Healer I cannot recommend Destiny enough!! From the moment I walk in, I feel at ease. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, with perfect lighting and music. What truly sets Destiny apart is her expertise. When I started with Destiny I had chronic shoulder and neck tension and limited range of mobility. She used a fantastic blend of techniques—deep tissue work, hot stones, stretching, etc. and applied just the right amount of pressure. She is very accommodating, checking in with me often to ensure I was comfortable. The results were immediate; my range of motion improved significantly, and the tension I’ve carried for months is gone. Prenatal massages have a small up charge but no prenatal massage table nor correct pillows for it. Leaving review so owner sees it & adds the right equipment for the expecting ladies that deserve a good massage!

Wow wow wow! Don't wait. Go to Hand and Stone and treat yourself to a massage. My first encounter with the store Iin commerce township exceeded my expectations. The staff greeted me warmly. Massage by Destiny was one of the best I've ever had. Schools almost starting... parents should book a reset for themselves . I'll be back. See u there?

I had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. My massage therapist was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to become a member. Highly recommended!
