I had my first appointment with Dr. Cetner. The scheduling process was easy. Dr. Cetner was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. His staff was just as good. They made me feel very comfortable during my exam and minor procedures. Great experience! I would highly recommend!!
Wonderful experience today at the office of Dr. Lenard Cetner. Dr. Cetner is so kind, patient and experienced. I fully trust him and would recommend him to anyone (that I like, lol). The staff were friendly and very professional, wait time was reasonable and the appointment moved at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed.
Dr. Cetner is one of the most kind, caring, compassionate doctors I have ever been to. He takes the time , he listens he doesn’t give up. He NEVER rushes you out of the office. Everyone is friendly in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Leonard Cetner for anyone’s dermatology needs.
BEWARE -- what this office does not tell you is that they require a CASH deposit, or have your PRE-AUTHORIZED credit card on file for them to charge whatever and whenever they want. There is no agreement as to why and when they would charge a patients credit card at their discretion. What if your credit card information is stolen or used. There is not any trust with patients, there should not be any trust with the Doctors office. Too many other options, do somewhere else. They wasted over two hours of my day that i cannot get back.
Horrible. I had an appt yesterday and walked out and was not seen. Apparently they have a new policy that REQUIRES a credit card on file and if you choose not to leave one you have to leave $100 cash. Comical. I chose not to leave either. When I called and asked to speak to a manager I spoke with someone that was not a manager and when I told her how upset I was that I wasted my time coming here and that I wanted to know who was going to pay me for missing work she said "you know that request is unreasonable." So its unreasonable for me to want my money but not unreasonable for them to want theirs. Got it! I see many physicians including pediatric specialists for my children and work for a doctor's office. To require a credit card on file is absurd. I cannot express how many times offices
