Leon Medical Centers Miami

Great place with amazing concept. Enrolled my stepmom and myself. Its so nice having everything under one roof. No more running from one clinic or specialist to another as everyone is in one or the other of the two buildings. Doctors and staff communicate with each other. Besides the convenience the staff is amazing and super helpful for people who need more assistance. There’s also assistance with buses in getting there which might be a bit time consuming, but great to have. Appointments are kept on time and doctors so far have shown a genuine interest in helping which these days is hard to find. Love the concept and convenience so far. Speaking Spanish is definitely a plus, but even if you don’t, Ive found everyone super friendly in helping non Spanish speaking patients as well.

If I could leave more stars I would. There is no place like Leon. There are no words to describe how happy i am here at león. The treatment and care is like no other. Both of my parents are Also here and we are all so happy. You could not pay us to go somwhere else.

Horrible customer service. My mother has throat cancer and has me as her health care surrogate authorized for all medical procedures and every time you call customer service for help on something they give you the run around and are super rude over the phone. I'm a health care professional with over 15 years of experience in a hospital setting and I have never seen such rudeness over the phone on a cancer patient. Representative GABRIELA 1/12/26
