Linda was an incredible and educated help! We were a walk in for seeking frames for my prescription and she took her time walking me through what frames fit my face. After about an hour and close to closing the store, Linda remained patient and in it! She was kind, funny, and went the extra mile! I appreciate her so much! I’ve always had a pleasant experience with LensCrafters. The Wellington Mall location is the best though. They have a robust selection of stylish frames. The team is friendly, patient, and great at recommending styles for you. During my most recent visit they helped get me and 2 other family members taken care of. I recently visited LensCrafters and had an outstanding experience thanks to Linda. From the moment I walked in she was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. Linda patiently listened to what I wanted, suggested a few styles that suited my face shape, explained lens/tint options clearly, and helped me try on multiple pairs until we found the one that fit comfortably and looked great. Both women that helped me were so pleasant. The one that wound up helping me was patient, helpful and kind. She fully explained to me about what my eye insurance would cover. I was able to get a pair of clear Oakley glasses for a reasonable price thanks to my insurance. Progressive lenses aren’t cheap. They made up for the nasty front snit at Friendly Eyes Optometry. I almost walked out because of her. I can’t wait to get my glasses. Thank you LensCrafters!!!

The Wellington Mall has an extremely friendly staff very helpful. Had my frames changed out while I waited. I’ve been here four times now always a great experience and would recommend this Lenscrafters to anyone
