The Lencrafters in Sumter, SC was very helpful and professional. I was in the store on 11/30/24. I called to see if a frame was in stock. They made the drive from Florence worth it. I will definitely return and recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. The customer service on the phone and in person far exceeded my expectations . I had a wonderful experience at the LensCrafters at Sumter Mall! From my very first visit, I was impressed by the staff and their efficient use of technology to streamline the prescription process. A few weeks later, I encountered a significant issue with my contact lens order and rushed in just before closing (like a knuckle-head). Instead of irritation, the two staff members greeted me and the other latecomers with warmth and genuine smiles. I felt incredibly fortunate to receive such outstanding service, and I observed the same care extended to the customer next to me. This location is truly staffed with rockstars! I had a very pleasant experience with Lens-Crafters recently. The associates were very kind and patient with me. On the first day I picked out my new frames, made the appointment for my eye exam and I received an affordable estimate. An associate explained everything to me in detail so I could better understand what all I was investing in. On the second day, a few days later, I received my eye exam from a virtual doctor. This was new for me but she was able to get the job done well. I haven’t had prescription glasses for about 20 years(LASIK) so I didn't know what to expect. The virtual doctor was very professional with her examination and she explained her assessment clearly.
