I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters. Mrey provided outstanding service and helped me throughout the entire process of choosing my glasses. She assisted me in selecting the right frame, the right color, and the most suitable lenses for my eyes. Maria was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered all my questions with care and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Her sense of style and attention to detail truly helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Thanks to Maria, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I also want to thank the management for having such a dedicated and professional employee. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store by Dina. Once she knew what I was looking for, she guided me to several options and quickly helped me narrow down my choices. She then gave me time to go through the frames and see what I liked while she loaded my insurance details and reviewed my budget and coverage. When needed, she helped me choose the final frames that worked best for me. She was attentive and helpful, and I was able to find what I wanted in under an hour.

She made every effort and successfully found me another appointment with the doctor. Mary was also extremely helpful during my visit. She assisted me while communicating with the doctor, carefully explained my vision issues, and provided honest advice. Had a wonderful experience at this LensCrafters location! They have a great selection and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Sara was a standout—she was patient, knowledgeable, and gave me excellent advice on two new pairs of glasses (one for everyday wear and one for computer/work wear). They currently have a great promotion running making my purchase surprisingly affordable, even with my expensive prescription. Highly recommend this store; I’ll definitely be back!
