My experience today was awesome with the store manager Marie and also her colleagues. The customer service and paying attention to detail for a customer was decent. I’ve got the Meta glasses I wanted. Thank you guys for your patience and manners.

Neal is not an honest man. Displayed here is a picture of him trying to add an extra pair of lenses to a return, simply to avoid processing it. Ray Bans does not sell lenses apart from the glasses so this does not make sense. Go elsewhere for your business.

After having several bad experience trying to get classes, I walked into Springfield LensCrafters and spoke with Neil. He was absolutely amazing. He went over and above for me, helped me with everything I needed, especially with my situation of having a stroke in November and losing sight in my one eye. He was very honest and open a lot of compassion and I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you, Neil. I really appreciate it. Jeannette Weyhmiller

I've been wearing glasses for a long time, so I am very experienced at shopping for glasses. The LensCrafters in Springfield was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying glasses. Maria is an excellent optician (or whatever her title is!), and very competent, pleasant and helpful. I didn't catch the name of the other two employees, but they were very gracious and helpful too. I can't comment on the prices because both my husband and I have very complicated prescriptions so we're used to spending a lot of money on our glasses, and LenCrafters' prices seemed about right. Highly recommended!
