Super thorough and explain everything very well. I’ve brought all of my family to this location for our eyewear needs and they’ve been incredibly helpful to my family members of all different ages. Best location in Westchester County by far.

Customer service via Live Chat and email never available. Live chat ends conversation with first message you send and email never allows you to submit as the “what is your issue” box does not take response. Great way to refuse customer service so you can not cancel or change an order.
